Our lovely modern villa in the Seaview Regency complex was finished in December 2005. During the weeks when our family are not using it it is available for you to rent.

Set in the picturesque valley of Kucukbuk, the Olive Villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Just 150m walk to the beach the master bedroom and all of the upstairs balconies boast beautiful seaviews and the whole villa is equipped with all the mod cons you would expect to make your holiday complete; including air conditioning throughout, dishwasher and tv/dvd set up.

Turkey is renowned for its food, and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk where you can enjoy authentic Turkish cuisine. The town of Gundogan is a gentle 20 minutes walk away with a fabulous local market, beach front and an abundance of seafood restaurants and an active fishing port. The historic sights of Myndos Gate, Bodrum castle and Gumusluk as well as the bustling nightlife of Bodrum are all in easy reach by car or dolmus(local minibus).
