Our Villa - Accommodation

Olive Villa is one of twelve individual houses built among the olive and orange groves of a small bay called 'Kucukbuk', the architect has gone to great care to blend in the development with the contours of the hillside, and to preserve the original olive trees wherever possible.

The Olive Villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room/lounge and a large roof terrace with alfresco dining area, sink and bbq. Because turkey really is so reliably warm in the summer, the 3 balconies and downstairs patio area all make the villa seem much bigger and it comfortably houses 6/7people.

The master bedroom boasts the most spectacular view of the bay and you don’t even have to leave bed to appreciate it through the large patio doors, which open on to a private balcony. As well as the view the master bedroom enjoys a queensize bed and ensuite dressing room and shower room/toilet.

Next door the large family bathroom has a really sleek modern feel and features a Jacuzzi perfect for romantic trysts a la deux or relaxing away from the kids. It also has a great power shower, toilet, large marble sink and mirror.

The second bedroom features a double bed, built in wardrobes and access on to the 1st floor balcony. Downstairs the third bedroom holds twin beds, again, built in wardrobes and a view of the villa's landscaped garden. There is a downstairs toilet and sink next to the front door and the washing machine is handily tucked away in a ground floor cupboard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large stylish, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and hob/oven. With 2 serious foodies in the family when we are in residence we make use of the excellent local markets and cook in regularly. Consequently you will find the cupboards well stocked with saucepans, plates, proper cooking knives and herbs, spices and condiments. All we ask is that you replace what you use and enjoy!

The dining room living room has a great log fire, perfect to cuddle up by either end of the season and a real boon when we were last there in December! With floor to ceiling glass doors extending on to the patio this is a really large light space in summer with a large sofabed and comfortable seating for six plus wooden dining table and six chairs for indoor or outdoor use. This room is also fully equipped with a brand new entertainment system including Satellite TV/DVD and sound system.

The villa has been designed and built with a real Turkish feel and the roof terrace, tiling and finishes all reflect this. We really hope you will come and stay and see for yourself our little piece of paradise!!!
